This is not an offshore zone, but Armenia is a well-located state that has been attracting foreign investors with start-ups in recent years. Trade relations and effective cooperation have been established with the countries of the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union.
Having no access to the sea, Armenia has the most beautiful Lake Sevan, located above 1900 meters above sea level. The modern tourist infrastructure allows you to relax comfortably and spend active weekends, riding yachts, catamarans, pleasure boats, as well as fishing. Trout, pike perch and other valuable species of fish are found in the waters.
Life in the country is quite comfortable if you have a job and housing. Products in the summer season are cheap, and the quality and taste are impeccable. Ancient history, rich culture, magnificent nature, Armenia can appeal to everyone. It will be comfortable here for both active young people and older people. The locals here are very hospitable and sympathetic, and the Armenian cuisine has always deserved the most admiring epithets. Since agriculture is well developed in the country, the local cuisine impresses with a large assortment of meat, vegetable and dairy dishes. And for wine and fabulous pastries, fresh fruit is the basis.
Armenia is the first state in the world to adopt Christianity as its religion. Here, according to legend, Noah's ark stopped on Mount Ararat. Despite the fact that the mountain is officially located in Turkey, for Armenia it is the main national symbol and occupies a significant place in art and literature. Armenia fascinates and attracts with its beauty, climate and friendliness. Perhaps, if you decide to make Armenia your country, you will be able to conquer the two peaks of Mount Ararat and experience a sense of pride and admiration for the power of nature.
Well, if your plans do not include climbing Ararat, then the best option would be cognac of the same name, the aftertaste of which will resonate with you that very majestic, powerful and relatively recently conquered peak.
