San Marino
San Marino is a small state, a little over 61 km2 in size, completely surrounded by Italian territory. It is located in Southern Europe, in the Apennine Mountains, east of the city of Florence.
The form of government is a parliamentary republic.

The climate in San Marino is temperate continental, with warm summers (25-28C) and cool winters (7-10C).

The economy of San Marino is based on tourism, financial services and trade. The state has low taxes, which attracts many companies and investors. The country produces ceramics and electronics, as well as agricultural products, mainly cheese and wine. The standard of living in the country is high, the currency is the euro.
High-level medicine and one of the top three European countries, which affects life expectancy. It is here one of the longest in the world. 77 years for men and 85 for women.
Education is also at a good level. Here you can get an excellent higher education at the University of the Republic of San Marino, and there are also two more institutes: the International Academy of Sciences of San Marino and the Samara Music Institute.
Citizenship can be obtained through naturalization, but the procedure is complex and time consuming. Citizenship by birth is not automatically granted unless at least one of the parents is a citizen.
Finding a job for non-residents can be quite difficult, but it all depends on the specific case and field of activity.
Among the attractions are the ancient medieval city, the Guaita Fortress, the Basilica of San Marino and the Palazzo Pubico, castles, towers, museums and beautiful panoramic views.
